At The Garage you’ll never wait for equipment...

The Garage opened in 2005 to accommodate personal training clients who prefer to train in a private, comfortable space over more “public” gyms. It has proven to be overwhelmingly popular with everyone; from those who want to concentrate on their workouts without distractions, to those who recognize the value of strength training but are unsure how to start and what to do--and appreciate the opportunity to learn in a private one-on-one setting!

 

Equipment

We strive to provide the most versatile and up-to-date equipment to ensure you accomplish your fitness goals! Including...

  • Squat Rack/Bench Press, flat and incline/decline benches

  • Dumbbells, standard straight bar, ez curl bar and over 300 lbs. of weight plates

  • Functional Trainer - the functional trainer allows you to do exercises such as: lat pull-down, low row, biceps curl, leg adduction and abduction, ab crunches, standard cable cross-over type exercises and much more with the benefit of “functional” movement made possible by cables that adjust to many heights and pulleys that allow movement through endless angles

  • Bosu balls, stability balls, medicine balls, balance board, resistance bands, skipping ropes, Acu-hoop® hula hoops, gliding discs, agility pods, foam rollers, yoga mats, stretch mats, etc.

  • Cardio Equipment - Exercise bike, Stairmaster Freeclimber, Rower

Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress.
